Martz Bus (“Martz Bus”, "Martz", “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information that you (“you” or “user”) may provide to us through your use of our websites at MartzBus.com, and all of their sub-domains (collectively, the “Websites”), our mobile application made available for download to your device (the “App”), the platform we make available through the Websites and App (the “Platform”), when you purchase and use transportation services from Martz Bus (the “Transportation Services”), and the internet service we provide to travelers in some terminals and on our buses (the “Internet Service”, which together with the Websites, App, Platform, and Transportation Services, as well as any related services, social media pages, and applications, referred to individually and collectively as our “Services” as applicable below).

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect two types of information from users of our Services: “Personal Information,” which is information that can be used to identify you (such as your name or your email address), and “Aggregate Information,” which is information that cannot be used to identify you (such as frequency of visits to the Websites or your browser type).

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

We collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us when you use our Services, such as when you register for Martz Bus Rewardz (as described in more detail below), when you purchase a ticket for transportation services or request a quotation for our charter services, when you access the Internet Service we make available, when you submit an online form through our Websites or App, or when you send us an email. You may provide us Personal Information such as your name, e-mail address, physical address, and phone number, among other information requested from you.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

In order to set up an account to use the Platform through our Websites or App (a “Martz Bus Rewardz”), you must first complete a registration process with Martz Bus and provide Personal Information such as first and last name, email address, and phone number. Any Personal Information you share with Martz Bus as part of the account registration process may be used by Martz Bus to manage your ticket purchases and account, and to provide Services to you.

MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA

If you opt in to receive marketing communications from Martz Bus, you are signing up to receive updates, marketing communications, and other information about Martz Bus, our Services, and our products, promotions, and our Websites and App. If you interact with us on social media, we may collect your social media profile information, your communications with us, and your communications and your posts on our social media pages.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

We work with third-party payment processors to process ticket purchases and orders for Martz Bus merchandise through the Websites and App. Your bank account and/or credit or debit card information is never shared with us, and at no point in any transaction do we have access to that information. You should consult the payment processors’ policies to learn more about how those companies process bank account and credit and debit card transactions for us.

THIRD-PARTY SELLERS

Martz Bus partners with a number of third-party agents and aggregator websites (collectively, Third-Party Sellers) who sell transportation services for Martz Bus. Third-Party Sellers share your Personal Information with Martz Bus in accordance with the policies of the Third-Party Sellers posted on their websites in order to complete your ticket purchase and enable Martz Bus to deliver Services to you. You should consult the Third-Party Sellers’ policies to learn more about how those companies process your Personal Information, and please note that any Personal Information shared by Third-Party Sellers with Martz Bus will be handled by Martz Bus in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

YOUR COMMUNICATION WITH US

We collect information when you communicate with us. The specific types of information we collect will depend on the forum in which you communicate with us. For example, if you send us an email, we will collect your email address and the content of your email.

INFORMATION WE AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT

When you use our Websites or App, or the Internet Service we make available, we automatically receive and collect information from your device. This information may include the following, as applicable:

  • Information about your device, such as the operating system, hardware, system version, Internet Protocol (IP) address, device ID, and device language.

AGGREGATE INFORMATION COLLECTED

Aggregate information is information that does not identify you. Aggregate information may be collected when you use our Services, independent of any information you voluntarily enter. Additionally, we may use one or more processes to de-identify information that contains Personal Information, such that only aggregate information remains. EMPLOYMENT

If we or a third-party service provider have collected your Personal Information in response to a job opening posted on our Websites, you are giving us and third-party service providers engaged on our behalf permission to use, disclose, and retain your Personal Information for the purpose of evaluating your application for employment for the specific position that you applied to, as well as other roles at Martz Bus. This Personal Information may be processed and stored by a third-party talent tracking solution provider as well as with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work relating to the recruitment process on our behalf.

COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

Like most websites, our Websites may use “cookies.” Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser to help us identify you when you come to our Websites, to analyze our web traffic using an analytics package, to test content, and to store information about your preferences. REQUIRED TRANSFERS

INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

We operate the Services and our business from the United States. Our Services are not intended for use by persons under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors under the age of 13 in connection with the Services.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Martz Bus may change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy (each, an “Update”) at any time and in our sole discretion without prior notice to you, and such Updates will be effective immediately. If Martz Bus makes Updates to this Privacy Policy, Martz Bus will change the “Last Updated” date above and make reasonable efforts to provide notice to you about material changes. Your continued use of the Services will confirm your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
