How do I book a Charter trip?

What information should I have when I call for a charter?
We will need to know approximately how many people are traveling, how many days you are going to need the coach, pick-up and destination addresses, pick-up time, and the time you plan to depart your destination to return home. Pricing may change based on seeing your complete itinerary.
Can anyone charter a bus or only companies?
We welcome anyone to charter a bus, mini coach, sprinter van, or SUV for any travel needs. Some of our customers include colleges, universities, corporations, schools, teams, summer camps, convention centers, entertainment groups, and families for things like vacations, weddings, reunions, bachelor and bachelorette parties - we've even done travel for groups like robotics clubs, youth groups, bingo centers, software development groups, private club group outings, churches, company team building trips and many others.

What items are included in the Charter rate?
Our top of the line coaches come fully equipped with all the modern amenities (lavatory, individual reclining seats w/footrest, overhead compartments, lower luggage bays, and GPS tracking system). This also includes a professional, uniformed, & Level II screened driver, fuel, and an after-hours contact.
What items are not included in my Charter rate?
The rate does not include driver gratuity (this can be added in at your request), parking fees, tolls, and hotel accommodations on overnight trips.
How do the Charter payment terms work?

Martz Bus offers custom itineraries to destinations like Washington D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia, Florida and New York City and beyond.
Whether it’s a corporate outing, tour, or family trip, long-distance charters are available.
Can we bring food on the Charter bus?
Yes, we allow food & beverages on the bus. We ask that you keep all trash contained for disposal and we do not allow glass containers.
What size charter buses are available

Can we bring large items or sports gear on the bus?
Most sports gear is allowed on the bus in the storage area below, as well as other large items like musical instruments and other items needed for your group fun. Please see our complete list of what is, and is not permitted on the bus here.
Can we bring dogs on the bus?
ADA service animals, trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of the individual with a disability, will be permitted to travel. The service animal must be under the control of the owner at all times and must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others. Service animals must ride within the customer’s space, service animals may not travel in an aisle or occupy a seat. Martz Bus reserves the right to refuse passage to any animal that poses a threat to the health and safety of other customers or personnel.
While Emotional Support Animals or Comfort Animals are often used as part of a medical treatment plan as therapy animals, they are not considered service animals under the ADA and therefore will not be permitted to travel.
