How do I redeem points?

Points are awarded after date of first travel (scan). Once awarded, points are available to use at any time online or in a Martz Bus terminal.

Can I join without a valid email address?

Unfortunately, no. In order to take advantage of the Martz Bus Rewardz program, you are required to have a valid email.

Is my information secure?

Yes, Martz Bus ticketing servers are housed in a level 1 PCI Compliant environment, which means your information is secure

Can I share my points?

Martz Rewardz points cannot be shared and are tied directly to a single account.

How do I start earning points?

Once you have signed up and have a Martz Bus Rewardz account, simply make sure to sign in before each purchase. To sign in, visit MartzBus.com, click MY ACCOUNT and enter your email and password. When purchasing from a Martz Bus Agent in person or by phone (570.821.3800), simply give the Agent the phone number on your account to ensure you earn points for every purchase.

For every purchase you make, your account will show a running point total (after the ticket is scanned). You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent.

Will my Martz Bus Rewardz points expire?

Yes, you need to use your points within 12 months of earning them.

Is there a fee to join?

No, there is no cost to join Martz Bus Rewardz.

Can I Earn Martz Reward Points at Any Martz Location and on All Purchases?

Martz Bus Rewardz are earned when using our regularly scheduled service (this excludes Martz Bus Tours and Charters). Tickets must be purchased from Martz Bus locations in Wilkes Barre, Scranton, Mt Pocono or Stroudsburg or from our website MartzBus.com. Using other websites or locations, such as the ticket counter in NY Port Authority will not qualify for Rewardz Points. Remember to share your phone number with the Agent or sign in first when buying online.

What can I redeem my point for?

Martz Bus Rewardz will provide a credit on your account. It is valid on any Martz Bus ticket for a regular scheduled route available from Martz Bus Ticketing

Sorry, Martz Bus Rewardz are not valid toward any tours or charter service at this time.

Terms and Conditions

Martz Bus Rewardz™ your loyalty with points to be redeemed for your future Martz Bus travel. You earn one point for every dollar you spend; points can be used on Martz Bus daily service (excludes Tours and Charters). Points will be available for 1 year from date travel, points not used within 1 year will be forfeited.

Martz Bus may add to and/or change the Martz Bus Rewardz Program at any time. Modifications could include but are not limited to changing the number of points you can earn for spending, changing the number of points required to get rewards, imposing caps and/or fees on earning and/or using points, increase annual and/or other program fees.

In the event of the modification or cancellation of the Martz Bus Rewardz™ Program, members will be informed via email providing 60 days’ notice to redeem current rewards balance or forfeit them. During this 60-day period, you will not earn any additional rewards.

When you use points to get rewards, you release Martz Bus and all its affiliates from liability for your use of points, for the reward and how you use it, and for your participation in the program. We may refuse your request to use points if any of your Linked Card Accounts are not in good standing.
